Hi, Welcome to my website. I'm an Anti-Diet Registered Dietitian (RD) with more than 20 years experience in Nutrition. In the last 5 years I have moved form a weight-centric approach to a weight-centred approach. As an Anti-Diet RD, I reject diet culture and diet mentality supporting clients to heal their relationship with food.
In my free time I love cooking, reading and spending time with my family.

My approach with clients is to offer through gentle nutrition a safe space to learn how to get free from diet culture and find peace with food.I work with patients following the weight-inclusive and Health At Every Size® (HAES®) approaches and the different steps in intuitive eating (IE).
Being an anti-diet RD is to follow a movement that rejects the diet culture and weight-centric approach. I believe in supporting people of all different cultures, sexual orientation and different body shape and sizes.
Following the weight-inclusive and HAES® approaches is a different way of providing healthcare, where the person's weight does not determine his/her health status. Weight-inclusive care and HAES® operate from a weight neutral standpoint.
I specifically see patients that suffer from Binge Eating Disorder and work very closely with families that have a child suffering from an Eating Disorder.
